MICROFIBER BUYING GUIDEHow to Compare Microfiber Towel Quotations
Two quotations are not comparable until the specification and commercial basis are aligned.
- Normalize the specification. Request the same size, GSM, blend, weave, pile, edge, color and pack count.
- Separate declaration from verification. Ask which test method and tested model support each claim.
- Compare the commercial basis. Keep EXW, FOB and delivered prices, MOQ, sample charge and packaging MOQ separate.
- Use approval stages. Approve written specification, product sample, packaging and inspection criteria separately.
